Your account

Your pub description is for you to talk about your pub, not to criticise competitors or other businesses.

You may not use your account to claim that your pub has facilities that it doesn't, or knowingly give any other inaccurate information.

You may not use email addresses of users of this site for unsolicited mailings.

Payment must be made in advance, which is yearly, according to the rates set out on the service information page.

When the Forum is in place, your account does not allow you to remove or edit any comments that have been left by users about your pub. However, you may of course request that we remove a comment if it is inaccurate or does not comply with our comments policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your account at any time by giving us one month's notice.

Also, if you wish to cancel your account in the first month, we will refund you the full amount paid if you have not had any form of communication with us or before you Google adword campaign has been set up. This applies to all yearly accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your account with no refund if you do not comply with the above terms.
